Refund policy

At MAISON DE MONACO, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our updated Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds* and exchanges.

Process your return via our Returns Portal HERE. Please check the categories below to see which item/s are eligible for a Refund or exchanges:

• The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  
• The item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
• Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  
• Must be processed via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving the order

MAISON DE MONACO reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MAISON DE MONACO. Due to the complex nature of our returns network, MAISON DE MONACO is not liable for any items received back that are not from MAISON DE MONACO. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.

MAISON DE MONACO will provide a refund within 10 business days after your refund has been delivered to our warehouse. 

Any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for store credit or refund.
