• How long does it take to receive my order?

    We prepare and hand over all orders to DPD or PostNL within 2 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary by country, and delays from shipping carriers are beyond our control. When you put an item in your cart and go to checkout, select your country and the estimated delivery time will appear. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Free shipping is available for:

    • Orders over €100 in Belgium and The Netherlands.

    • Orders over €150 in France, Monaco, Italy, Spain, and Sweden.

    • Other countries do not have free shipping.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, you can return items within 14 days after receiving them. Check out the return form down below for more info. Returns are accepted only if the items are in original condition (not washed, worn, stained and tags on).

  • Who pays for the return shipping?

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.

  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The bank (Mollie) will transfer the amount, which may take1–3 business days.

  • How do I track my order?

    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we print your shipping label you will receive a second email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s missing, contact us via Instagram DM.
