Frequently asked questions
We try to ship your package the same day or the day after you placed your order. At the checkout the delivery time for each country is provided. This does not include delays. Sometimes orders outside the EU can take longer than expected. Once a package is shipped it's out of our control.
We accept returns within 14 days after the package is received. Your item can't be washed or worn (no smells or stains) when you sent it back. Once your return is accepted you receive back the money of your item(s). The cost of returning something is the responsibility of the customer.
All of our items have a normal fit. Our hoodies are not oversized already. If you want your hoodie to fit normally, I recommend to stick with your own size. If you want the hoodie to be oversized, I'd recommend to size up. The best way to wash our items is inside out on a temperature not higher than 30 degrees.
Address and email
You ordered but after a few days you still haven't received your tracking information? There might be a chance that you forgot your house number or full address info. Please contact us to let us know your full address. You ordered but didn't receive a conformation email? Go to your spam, it normally should be there.
